I am a Czech attorney with over ten years of experience, focused on corporate law, commercial contracts, M&A and investments. I work in both Czech and English, making me a natural choice for foreign clients setting up or expanding a business in the Czech Republic.
I studied law at Masaryk University in Brno and completed two international programmes at the University of Antwerp and Ghent University, both specialising in mergers and acquisitions. My career spans Czech law firms and a major multinational advisory firm, with offices in both Brno and Prague.
